Vacation between water and forest: The lakeview house offers 140 m² of living space, divided into two units for up to 8 adults. The property is just 75 meters from Lake Möhnesee. Enjoy stunning lake views from the 50 m² terrace and inside the house. The 850 m² plot is on a quiet residential street with no through traffic. Arnsberg Forest is only 50 meters away. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room with kitchen, a guest WC, and a utility room. Upstairs are bedrooms, a children’s room, and a bathroom. On the north side, the basement has an additional 38 m² studio apartment for up to 3 more guests, with its own bathroom and terrace. For groups of 6 or more, both the main house and the basement apartment must be booked together.

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
