Description

The holiday home "Bergchalet 20" is located in Heringhausen on Lake Diemel and offers a beautiful view of the nearby lake. The cosy, 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with electric fireplace and a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. You also have access to a private sauna. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. You can also use a shared outdoor area with heated pool, outdoor shower and playground. In addition, there is a communal pool and a sauna area for your entertainment. The pool opening hours are determined by the operator, and access to both pools is free of charge. The accommodation is close to the beach, and public transport is within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property. There is a storage room for bicycles and a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (for a fee). Towels and bed linen can be booked in advance for a fee. Further additional services are available on request. Please observe the house rules. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The accommodation is equipped with energy-saving lighting. After booking, you will receive a contact form which you should complete in order to prepare your stay.

Conditions/extras

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
